What's your favorite drink or cocktail? What's in it

Decisions, decisions... and my answer is subject to change depending on my mood and whatever my husband is mixing.
I'm always going to love the classics, properly made - a Martini (GIN not vodka and I want to taste the vermouth, stirred NOT shaken, thankyouverymuch) or a Sidecar spring to mind... when I want something different, a Negroni is a fun change of pace. At the moment, though, I'm sorta crushing on a little drink called the Seelbach. Dietsch mixes it up thusly:
Seelbach Cocktail
7 dashes Angostura bitters
7 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
1 oz. bourbon
½ oz. triple sec
5 oz. chilled champagne
Rinse champagne flute with both kinds of bitters. Pour out most of the bitters, leaving a small amount in the bottom of the glass. Shake bourbon and triple sec over ice, and strain into flute. Top with champagne.
