We'll probably be up in your neck of the woods sometime later this summer to visit my sister- she's moving into the tribeca area (I believe) to work at one of the hospitals in manhattan. I know absolutely zero details because I haven't had a chance to get all of them just yet. I'll le tyou guys know when I find out.
